About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Programmer Analyst with strong expertise in Infor Lawson applications and enterprise systems support. This role is responsible for performing moderate to complex analysis, supporting system integrations, automating business processes, and ensuring optimal performance across Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have both technical and functional knowledge of Lawson environments and the flexibility to support non-Infor Lawson applications when required.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Infor Lawson (S3) application support
  • Functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Payroll modules
  • Hands-on experience with Lawson IPA (Infor Process Automation)
  • Proficiency in Lawson 4GL, COBOL, SQL, and ProcessFlow
  • Experience creating and maintaining Lawson batch jobs and automation scripts
  • Ability to perform moderate to complex system analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Lawson Design Studio (LDS), UI customizations, and JavaScript enhancements
  • Knowledge of non-core S3 Infor Lawson applications (e.g., MSCM, XM, LBI)
  • Experience supporting or participating in migration projects from Infor Lawson to Oracle Fusion

Responsibilities

  • Provide application and technical support for Infor Lawson (S3) applications
  • Develop and maintain Lawson programs using Lawson 4GL, COBOL, SQL, and ProcessFlow
  • Design, develop, and support Lawson IPA (Infor Process Automation) workflows, notifications, and cross-system integrations
  • Create and maintain Lawson batch jobs, programs, and scripts to automate business processes across Finance, SCM, and Payroll modules
  • Conduct system analysis, monitor resources, evaluate processes, and present historical data trends
  • Support integrations and ensure cross-functional system communication
  • Assist with issue resolution, enhancements, and ongoing system optimization
  • Support non-Infor Lawson applications as needed
