The IT Program & Portfolio Manager leads a large, enterprise ServiceNow implementation program, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery across multiple modules, including service request workflows, incident management, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), hardware asset management, and demand management. This role is responsible for driving successful implementation, adoption, and stabilization of ServiceNow capabilities. Serving as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners, the Program Manager manages the program roadmap, governance, dependencies, and risks. The role ensures alignment to organizational priorities, controls scope, and supports transition to steady-state operations at program completion.
