About The Position

This position is contingent upon contract award SOSi is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery of a DHS enterprise cybersecurity program providing 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) services. This role owns program governance, cost/schedule/performance, stakeholder engagement, and transition/continuous improvement across cyber defense, IR, CTI, engineering, and modernization functions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct project and program management experience in delivery of information systems or computer network support services.
• bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• PMP and CISSP.
• Active Top Secret and SCI-eligible.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall program execution, staffing, performance management, and risk/issue escalation.
• Serve as the primary interface with CBP/DHS stakeholders, lead governance reviews and briefings.
• Ensure SLA compliance, reporting accuracy, and on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee transition-in/out, continuity of operations, and change management.
• Maintain compliance with DHS/CBP security, privacy, and policy requirements, coordinate audits and corrective actions.
• Drive modernization initiatives (automation, Zero Trust visibility, cloud integrations) in partnership with engineering leads.
