Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
At least 3-5 years of experience in program or portfolio management, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects.
Certification as a PMP or PMP-ACP is required.
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Planview, Visio, and MS Office.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across departments.
