About The Position
The IT Program Manager oversees the Agile execution of the 08Y‑EA application portfolio, performing day‑to‑day backlog management, sprint planning, PI planning, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking. This role ensures long‑term strategic alignment and mission continuity for NRHQ.
Requirements
- 3+ years of program management or business analysis experience or relevant 4‑year degree.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments strongly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOE L‑level clearance (Q‑level may be required).
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Manage backlog prioritization with product managers and NR stakeholders.
- Conduct PI planning, risk tracking, and schedule alignment.
- Provide reporting, documentation oversight, and coordination with government leadership.
