About The Position

The IT Program Manager is responsible for driving strategic IAM initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across cybersecurity programs. This role combines program leadership with hands-on operational work, including collecting requirements, managing priorities, and coordinating cross-functional efforts. The Program Manager will oversee planning, execution, and governance for IAM projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise security objectives and business needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience in program management with a focus on IAM and cybersecurity.
  • Strong operational background in requirements gathering and prioritization.
  • Hands-on knowledge of IAM technologies, protocols, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with identity governance, privileged access, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Expertise in project/program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the IAM program roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Establish governance processes for prioritization, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor program health, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Collect and document business and technical requirements from cross-functional teams.
  • Manage competing priorities and ensure timely delivery of critical IAM initiatives.
  • Serve as the point of contact for operational escalations and issue resolution.
  • Develop detailed plans, timelines, and resource strategies for IAM projects.
  • Lead implementation of IAM solutions such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication, and identity governance.
  • Oversee deployment, integration, and operational readiness of IAM tools.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, cybersecurity frameworks, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to identity security and access management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in IAM processes and operational workflows.
