About The Position

As an IT Program Management Principal here at Honeywell, you will oversee and
drive the successful execution of IT programs within the Aerospace Technologies
sector, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering high-quality
results.

You will report directly to our Director IT, and you will work out of
our Phoenix or Charlotte location, on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of IT
initiatives, support cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that
enhance operational performance and drive business growth. You will support  the
successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives supporting the
Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) value stream. This role will drive standardization,
optimization, and automation of O2C processes—including Order Management,
Pricing, Billing, Credit, and Accounts Receivable—as part of a multi‑year SAP
S/4HANA transformation within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies. 

You will be accountable for modernizing global O2C operations, improving cash
flow and customer experience, and ensuring compliance with Aerospace & Defense
(A&D) regulatory and contractual requirements, while aligning IT delivery with
enterprise business objectives.
