Our internship program is designed to provide college students the opportunity to learn about Post Holdings and gain meaningful, hands-on entry level work experience in a professional environment. Our goal is to build a roadmap that leads you to a long, rewarding and challenging career with Post. As a part of our internship curriculum, we provide the opportunity for each intern to interact with various branches of the company. We work with you to determine your desired career path, and the correct steps to get you to your goals. At the end of the program each intern will give a brief presentation to their mentors summarizing their accomplishments and key takeaways achieved while working at Post Holdings. The Post Holding’s IT team architects, implements, and supports platforms and technologies used by our businesses and employees. Members of this team are exposed to all aspects of modern Enterprise technologies during their day-to-day activities. This intern will support enterprise productivity initiatives by identifying, building, and optimizing AI‑enabled use cases that improve how employees work. The role will focus on the following: Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and lightweight scripting to automate workflows, streamline processes, and reduce manual effort across IT and business functions Assist with ServiceNow integrations and AI capabilities Help document, test, and socialize solutions to support responsible enterprise adoption This role emphasizes practical enablement, continuous improvement, and real‑world impact rather than AI model development.
