Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
  • Thorough understanding of business strategy, industry trends, and customer expectations.
  • Strong technical understanding of systems, processes, and relevant technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Superior communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentations skills required across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and articulate a clear IT product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.
  • Navigate organizational boundaries, fosters a culture of innovation, and leverages a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s capabilities and technology to facilitate product discovery.
  • Perform continuous evaluations to determine the evolving product's effectiveness in addressing customer needs and fulfilling business objectives, utilizing comprehensive metrics and evaluation techniques to monitor its long-term impact and success.
  • Develop strong relationships and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong cross-departmental relationships, engaging and collaborating with stakeholders at every level of the organization to promote alignment, transparency, and advancement toward a shared vision.
