Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Process Improvement Co-op role offers the opportunity to support our Agile Transformation efforts, Lean Portfolio Management, Enterprise Portfolio Management, and Enterprise Portfolio Delivery Governance initiatives, while also providing real-world experience. Ideal candidates will be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have a keen interest in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies, process optimization, and agile practices. Key Responsibilities: Support implementation of process improvement projects: Assist in the deployment of Lean & Agile methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across various initiatives. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data to support process improvement initiatives and provide actionable insights. Document Processes and Findings: Maintain clear documentation of processes, findings, and recommendations to support project transparency and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with different functional teams to implement Lean and Agile practices Participate in Training Sessions: Engage in available workshops and training sessions to enhance your understanding of Agile methodologies or Portfolio Practices. Presentation of Solutions: Develop and present solutions to improve processes to management and stakeholders.
