About The Position

Key Responsibilities Manage IT Life Cycle Tasks – Coordinate and oversee activities across Security, Business Platforms, and Data & Analytics, ensuring alignment with Rialto IT initiatives and ongoing processes. Apply Agile Project Practices – Use lightweight project management methods to promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous delivery within the IT team. Facilitate Stakeholder Alignment – Bridge communication between IT and business stakeholders, track progress, and drive adoption of improvements that ensure the success of IT initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required in IT or related field. 5+ years of experience managing IT initiatives with Agile or hybrid methodologies. Familiarity with IT frameworks such as Security, Development, Risk Management. Skilled in Agile portfolio or program management tools (Smartsheet, Monday). Strong communication and facilitation skills with executives and technical teams. While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines. Requirements
