The IT Plant Support Analyst provides technical support for plant operations and corporate offices, ensuring IT systems and services meet performance and availability standards. This role involves: Break/fix support for hardware, phones, and network-connected equipment. Coordinating and setting up executive meetings (conference room technology, Yealink systems). Managing tickets, walk-ins, and vendor relationships. Performing audits (printers, conference rooms) and inventory management. Supporting imaging, Autopilot, and Intune testing. Travel between Green Bay and De Pere sites; must have own vehicle. Comfortable working on ladders and scissor lifts in a manufacturing setting. Hours: 7 AM – 4 PM, first shift, 100% onsite with occasional on-call remote support. Contract: 6 months with potential extension (previous contractor stayed 18 months).
