About The Position

The IT Plant Support Analyst provides hands-on technical support for plant operations and corporate office users, ensuring IT systems and services meet performance and availability standards. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role supporting a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include: Providing break/fix support for hardware, phones, printers, and network-connected equipment Supporting executive and leadership meetings, including conference room technology and Yealink systems Managing support via ticket queues, walk-ups, and vendor coordination Performing audits of printers and conference rooms, along with asset and inventory management Supporting system imaging and testing for Autopilot and Intune deployments Traveling between Green Bay and De Pere locations (reliable transportation required) Working comfortably on ladders and scissor lifts in a manufacturing environment

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Technical support in an enterprise environment
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • macOS and Windows support
  • SCCM
  • Ticketing systems
  • Cisco switches and printer support
  • 2–3 years of IT support experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with service management tools and IT documentation best practices

Responsibilities
