IT/OT Infrastructure Specialist
About The Position

Design and implement IT/OT infrastructure solutions to enable seamless connectivity and digital transformation. Deliver Tier 3 support, resolve incidents, and maintain secure, reliable system uptime. Manage infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and vendor relationships aligned with technology roadmaps. Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to drive IT/OT initiatives and improve system performance. Maintain accurate documentation and enforce hardware/software standards in server rooms. Lead and support cross-functional teams in managing systems such as VuWall, Genetec, Wyse Device Manager, ROIP, Digital radio technologies, VMware, and Active Directory. Assist with plant implementations, provide on-site support, and deploy monitoring tools for operational efficiency. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field (or equivalent technical certifications/vocational training).
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in IT/OT environments delivering integrated infrastructure solutions.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and cloud services (required), with familiarity in industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA) preferred.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, ITIL practices, and enterprise-level system management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
