About The Position
The IT/OT Analyst job maintains and optimizes the organization's infrastructure. With limited supervision, this job maintains reliable and secure core platforms, including servers, networks and storage systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, leading regular maintenance and implementation of updates to keep systems running smoothly. This job also collaborates with other information technology teams to enable business operations and improve overall system performance.
