An IT Operations Senior Analyst role where ownership, problem-solving, and customer-first thinking are critical. You’ll support core IT systems, tools, and infrastructure while helping scale IT operations in a fast-growing environment. You’ll play a key role in enabling Spotnana’s teams to do their best work. From day-to-day IT support to building scalable processes and knowledge bases, your work will directly impact employee experience, productivity, and business continuity as we grow.
