We are seeking a highly capable, diligent Project Manager to join our IT Operations team, with in IS&T’s Partner Solutions & Technology team. Our team supports software development for a portfolio that contains both large and high-profile products as well as a collection of 20+ smaller products. This is a hands-on, builder role where you will help define and drive operational practices, not simply maintain existing ones — building relationships with software development teams including, project managers, engineering managers, and internal customers; backing up leadership in key meetings; driving adoption of new processes; and ensuring operational efficiency across a fast paced, sophisticated environment. You will be trusted to use strong discernment: independently taking action when appropriate and pulling leadership in when needed. Success requires being comfortable operating without perfect information, navigating ambiguity, influencing outcomes, and coordinating multiple sources of truth.
