About The Position

Intuitive Machines is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our IT Service Management (ITSM) operations. This role is responsible for managing our complete ITSM platform and ensuring rapid, efficient resolution of all IT service requests across the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (four additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree
  • 7 years of IT operations experience, with at least 3 years in a people management role
  • Experience with ITSM frameworks
  • Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar)

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in aerospace/manufacturing environment a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the enterprise IT Service Management platform
  • Lead triage, assignment, and resolution of all incoming IT service tickets and assign to members of team of IT personnel for fulfilment as necessary
  • Manage hardware, software, peripheral, and network support requests
  • Coordinate and execute small IT project work requests
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes
  • Manage vendor relationships and escalations as needed
  • Provide reporting and metrics on IT operations performance
