About The Position

We are seeking four motivated and detail-oriented summer IT Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in IT operations, information security, and business operations. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with our IT and business teams, get trained on a variety of tech tools and processes, contribute to critical projects and learn from seasoned professionals in the field.

Requirements

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
• Google Drive Expertise: Proficiency in organizing, managing, and collaborating on documents and files within Google Drive.
• Writing Skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and professional documentation and communications.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Excel Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets, managing data, and utilizing basic formulas.
• Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and information security principles.
• Strong organizational and writing abilities.
• Enthusiastic about learning and growing in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily IT operations and end user support, including onboarding
• Support the development of automated reporting tools and dashboards
• Contribute to creating and maintaining IT business process documentation
• Support IT inventory management
• Assist with IT training sessions
• AV setup support
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Other tasks as assigned
