WFP Lebanon provides cash assistance to Syrian refugees and in-kind assistance to vulnerable Lebanese, while supporting the Government in strengthening social safety nets. The duties include but not limited to: standard software and hardware support services; monitor and maintain a wide range of information sources, to contribute to the effective delivery of IT services; installation and decommissioning of computer equipment and software as needed; acting as the initial focal point of contact for the help desk, responsible for tickets assignment and escalation. The incumbent will support with Asset Management tasks and will be traveling to the field offices and warehouses for user support and network upgrades.
