We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Operations Apprentice to join our team, focusing on Data Center and Cloud Operations. You'll develop foundational troubleshooting skills, resolve incident tickets, assist in server setup and migration, and support various IT infrastructure solutions. You'll also measure and analyze KPIs using tools like Azure dashboards and Power BI, and actively participate in IT projects, including data center refreshes. Your contributions to planning, design, configuration, and deployment of devices will be invaluable in driving our business forward. Requirements

  • Enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college, university or technical/vocational institution.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without company assistance.
  • Majoring in an area of study related to the position.
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Possess strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Have excellent attention to detail, be well-organized and show initiative.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Rock Hill office.

Nice To Haves

  • Senior in college or recent graduate with a strong interest in IT infrastructure.
  • Passionate about Data Center, Virtualization, and Cloud technologies like Azure and VMWare.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to server management, monitoring, and cloud migrations.
  • Open to working in a global, collaborative environment and applying standard IT methodologies (e.g., ITIL, SDLC).
  • Proactive, organized, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop foundational troubleshooting skills by learning incident management frameworks.
  • Resolve incident tickets and fulfill service requests efficiently.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and migration of servers.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of managing Cloud and Virtualized infrastructures.
  • Explore and support various IT infrastructure solutions and technologies.
  • Identify, develop, and utilize reports to resolve issues and perform maintenance.
  • Measure and analyze KPIs using tools such as Azure dashboards and Power BI.
  • Engage in IT projects, including data center refreshes.
  • Contribute to planning, design, configuration, and deployment of devices.
