And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryThis Analyst Role within the Command Center Operations (CCO) Night Shift monitors Application and Infrastructure alerting.Escalates outages to Incident Management and CTOC support staff.Validates change activity has been completed by communicating any open alerts with SMEs and CTOC support staff during checkouts.This role focuses on preventing faulty change activity and mitigating negative impact on company stakeholders and customer satisfaction.This role will also focus on maintaining onshore CVS Health governance over Accenture's accountability and responsiveness during weekend and off hours. Also, role will support mainframe activities that are not part of the scope of responsibilities with Accenture.Schedule: Must be able to work night shift : 6pm EST to 6am EST; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday OR Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Every other Saturday

Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience preferably in IT customer service, product support, or production support.
  • Must be able to work night shift : 6pm EST to 6am EST; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday OR Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Every other Saturday

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated expertise in operating within corporate Data Center and or Command Center environments.
  • Experience using an IT service management tool such as ServiceNow.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors Application and Infrastructure alerting.
  • Escalates outages to Incident Management and CTOC support staff.
  • Validates change activity has been completed by communicating any open alerts with SMEs and CTOC support staff during checkouts.
  • Preventing faulty change activity and mitigating negative impact on company stakeholders and customer satisfaction.
