About The Position

Primary duties are to ensure the availability and integrity of the computing equipment required to meet end user needs and expectations. Analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals to ensure GEA IT equipment is properly maintained.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in information technology area or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years' experience maintaining and repairing computers.
  • Basic understanding of M365 and networking.
  • Microsoft office suite,PC Security Solution Control, Windows Systems.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment, interact positively with internal and external customers and multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Perform imaging system administration for all PCs, laptops, scanners and other networked devices, as assigned
  • Open/Close and update incident history via Freshdesk, or other Helpdesk applications, as assigned
  • Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software
  • Adhere to Customer Support standards and procedures to ensure priorities and goals are met
  • Manage IT devices and hardware using an IT asset management system.
  • Monitor system failure & performance and properly resolve them in right time
  • Immediate response to on-site IT system Issue , and preparation of emergency spare devices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
