About The Position

We are seeking a Network Administrator to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure within a dynamic IT environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of network systems that power organizational operations and information flow. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise in networking technologies and a focus on maintaining high system availability. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with no travel required. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT networking or infrastructure support
Strong knowledge of: Network hardware, routers, switches, and firewalls
Strong knowledge of: Network monitoring and performance tools
Strong knowledge of: VPNs and enterprise connectivity
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

Experience with enterprise-level network environments
Familiarity with network security best practices
Experience supporting multi-site infrastructure environments

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain local and wide area network infrastructure, including routers, switches, modems, hubs, and network appliances
Utilize network monitoring tools to ensure optimal system performance and availability
Maintain and support network connectivity technologies such as broadband, frame relay, and satellite systems
Support enterprise wiring infrastructure, including fiber, UTP cabling, wireless networks, and network racks
Maintain and support VPN infrastructure and secure remote connectivity
Diagnose and resolve network-related incidents and service requests
Provide technical support for network devices, configurations, and infrastructure issues
Install, configure, document, and maintain network systems and components
Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation
Conduct risk analysis prior to implementing infrastructure changes
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement regulations, including submission of required documentation (e.g., 7100 and 7200 forms)
Serve as liaison between internal teams and external IT service providers
Support and manage network-related projects and initiatives
Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve network performance
Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventative solutions
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within IT network services
