Requirements
- Excellent programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
- Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
- Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years computer network installation and maintenance
Responsibilities
- installation, configuration, and support a local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system.
- maintain network hardware and software.
- monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and performs necessary maintenance to support network availability on assigned projects.
- providing our customers with custom systems integrations, detailed systems upgrade planning and execution, systems audits and consultation, and/or database management and manipulation regarding Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
- Typically handles projects larger and more complex projects.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
