The Salesforce Administrator Manager is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce and applications built on Salesforce Platform. This role will focus on establishing and aligning key efficiency metrics to drive business outcomes. This position will report to the Director of Information Technology, MGT. Detailed Description: Serve as a technical champion for Salesforce-driven transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support informed decision-making at the leadership level. Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with application regulations and standards, including SOX, ICFR, and US GAAP. Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and integrated applications. Work in close partnership with SAP S/4 and ancillary system teams to deliver a seamlessly integrated enterprise solution. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for Salesforce-related issues and initiatives. Perform ad hoc requests and other special projects as assigned. Collaborate with others and cross-functional department team members.
