About The Position

Software Finder is seeking an experienced and self-driven IT Manager to oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and support operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of working independently, taking ownership of IT-related projects, and proactively identifying and implementing tech-driven solutions that improve business operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
Proven experience in managing IT projects independently.
Hands-on experience with cloud systems (e.g., AWS, Google Workspace), firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Certifications like CompTIA, CCNA/CCNP, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA).
Prior experience working in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and performance of all IT systems including hardware, networks, servers, and software.
Manage and optimize cloud-based services and local network environments.
Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support needs.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for on-site and remote employees.
Train staff on best practices and new tools as needed.
Implement and maintain IT security policies and protocols.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable industry standards.
Regularly assess risks and ensure proactive mitigation measures.
Take initiative on IT-related improvements, automation opportunities, and new tools deployment.
Evaluate and implement new technologies aligned with business needs.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
Lead the procurement process for IT tools, systems, and equipment.
Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and renewals.
