About The Position

At AeroFlow Technologies, we design and manufacture complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials engineered to perform under extreme pressure, temperature, and chemical environments. Our components are trusted in some of the world’s most demanding applications, from commercial aircraft to advanced military aircraft. We are building something special, a high-performance, people-focused aerospace manufacturing organization and we are looking for an IT Manager to lead and elevate our technology operations at our Kirkland, Washington, Western Pneumatic Tube Co., LLC. The IT Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, reliability, and security of IT services supporting our Kirkland manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines infrastructure management, ERP and business systems support, cybersecurity, and vendor/project leadership. This role is a key site leadership partner, ensuring technology enables operational excellence, scalability, and growth as AeroFlow continues to expand.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience supporting ERP systems in a production setting
  • Proven track record managing IT infrastructure, desktop support, and network administration
  • Experience in IT leadership or supervisory capacity strongly preferred
  • Experience implementing cybersecurity, compliance, and disaster recovery programs
  • Strong technical expertise in networks, servers, and end-user support
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong project management and vendor management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with operations, finance, and corporate teams
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day IT operations for the site including network, servers, endpoints, printers, telephony, and manufacturing-adjacent systems
  • Ensure high system uptime, rapid incident response, and root-cause resolution
  • Manage hardware lifecycle planning, asset tracking, and refresh programs
  • Serve as the site IT owner for ERP and manufacturing systems
  • Support ERP upgrades, integrations, reporting, and user adoption
  • Act as the first escalation point for business system issues
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Site GM and leadership team
  • Translate operational needs into scalable, business-aligned IT solutions
  • Lead and develop site IT personnel, including priorities, performance, and development planning
  • Manage external IT vendors and service providers (MSPs, ERP partners, telecom, hardware)
  • Lead site-level IT projects including equipment installs, facility expansions, and system upgrades
  • Own project budgets, timelines, and risk management
