The IT Manager plays a critical role in supporting community-oriented primary health care through the functionality and security of the organization’s facilities, equipment, hardware, and software. This position is also responsible for expert-level administration of HCHC’s Microsoft environment—including SharePoint, Teams, Office 365, and OneDrive—ensuring these platforms are optimized for secure, efficient organizational use. The Manager will identify trends and developments in Information Technology, assess related impacts on business operations, and recommend technology or services that support the organization’s strategic direction. This role oversees all IT performance on a daily basis, taking corrective action where necessary. The Manager also serves as the designated HIPAA Security Officer responsible for overseeing information security policies, procedures, and technical systems, and for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of HCHC data and information systems.
