The IT Manager - Infrastructure Team position pays between $90,000 and $120,000 annually, based on education and experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
  • At least seven years of experience in an enterprise IT environment
  • Strong self-direction, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with limited supervision while maintaining effective collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a small but critical Infrastructure team responsible for enterprise systems, networking, and cybersecurity operations.
  • Ensuring team members are effectively assigned, supported, and progressing on key initiatives.
  • Partnering closely with the IT Support team to address escalated helpdesk issues and cross functional projects while also developing performance metrics that drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define requirements and implement technical solutions
  • Coaching and mentoring direct reports through goal setting and performance development
  • Leading major IT projects from planning through execution, testing, implementation, and documentation.
  • Maintaining data security, network access controls, and system backups, as well as recommending and maintaining IT policies and procedures.
  • Leading efforts to improve cybersecurity readiness, disaster recovery testing, and overall infrastructure reliability while promoting strong customer service standards across the IT function.
