The IT Manager - Infrastructure Team position pays between $90,000 and $120,000 annually, based on education and experience. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
At least seven years of experience in an enterprise IT environment
Strong self-direction, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with limited supervision while maintaining effective collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

Leading a small but critical Infrastructure team responsible for enterprise systems, networking, and cybersecurity operations.
Ensuring team members are effectively assigned, supported, and progressing on key initiatives.
Partnering closely with the IT Support team to address escalated helpdesk issues and cross functional projects while also developing performance metrics that drive continuous improvement.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define requirements and implement technical solutions
Coaching and mentoring direct reports through goal setting and performance development
Leading major IT projects from planning through execution, testing, implementation, and documentation.
Maintaining data security, network access controls, and system backups, as well as recommending and maintaining IT policies and procedures.
Leading efforts to improve cybersecurity readiness, disaster recovery testing, and overall infrastructure reliability while promoting strong customer service standards across the IT function.
