About The Position

You will oversee the provisioning of the complete range of end-user or revenue generating devices required by Retail and Casino Operations. You will report to the IT Senior Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or 4 years related experience.
  • Proficient spoken and written communications skills
  • Technical and non-technical presentation skills
  • Broad applications familiarity and skills
  • Familiarity with networks and IT systems and protocols
  • Knowledge in Casino Management System, Hospitality systems, Point of Sale systems management, integrations and operations.
  • Knowledge in Gaming, Retail and F&B, or Hospitality operations
  • Technical knowledge in information technology hardware, software, applications and in-depth knowledge of end-user computing services including service desk processes metrics, end-user expectation management, and managerial skills to manage technical personnel in a service-oriented environment.
  • Five (5) years directly related experience in an analyst role.
  • Five plus (5) years in managing teams in a 24/7 environment with project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide business systems support including a portfolio of distinct applications and hardware products specific to revenue generating entities.
  • Monitor business systems to ensure high availability in a 24/7 environment and ensure data backup procedures are in place and functioning properly.
  • Work with partners to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations and work with other senior managers to ensure that the IT services are made available to customers and departments.
  • Help define and measure business systems KPIs, define actions to improve the metrics and implement best practice processes.
  • You will perform IT project lead role to ensure IT resources are provisioned and used accordingly. May give feedback on company IT purchases.
  • Suggest drafts and modifications for all procedures.
  • Identify cause and corrective measures of computer and network problems (hardware, software, user access).
  • Perform quality control checks and develop documentation and diagrams.
  • Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, management, scheduling, development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
