As directed by the IT Services Manager, the IT Intern or Extern performs IT projects and assists with delivering quality customer service to SFMOMA employees by providing them with help to resolve technical problems. The IT Intern will be able to provide troubleshooting and problem resolution services to staff regarding a wide variety of hardware and software issues. The IT Intern receives project assignments from the IT Services Manager and uses documented processes and procedures to execute required duties. The IT Internâs duties will conform to standard collegiate internship requirements and norms by being employed in any area including, but not limited to, help desk, hardware technician, networking technician, system administration, or computer operation by performing supervised work involving computer use. Superior customer service skills are required.
