Provide customer service for Government Client in the IT Life Cycle Management branch. Perform a variety of property disposal, control and advisory activities such as advising on the destruction, demilitarization or abandonment of property; ensuring proper handling, storage and accountability of excess or surplus property to prevent damage, loss, or personal injury. Asset Management / Inventory / Troubleshooting Perform a variety of property disposal, control and advisory activities such as advising on the destruction, demilitarization or abandonment of property; ensuring proper handling, storage and accountability of excess or surplus property to prevent damage, loss, or personal injury. Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the life cycle management inventory with a high level of accuracy. Prepare property for shipment to DRMO and recycling centers. Inventory management, shipment receipts, and the ability to lift 70 lbs. solo or 150 lbs. in a 2-man lift Basic hardware and software troubleshooting Operate forklift Work closely with contractor and government personnel to identify and resolve basic to complex issues. Be the primary interface to the assigned department(s) government users from within the IT organization Processes & Procedures / Documentation Provide monthly reports on inventory Assist with developing SOPs, user instructions, and manuals Assist in the development of user training materials, provide user training Review, route, update, resolve tickets for customer issues Miscellaneous Subcontractor is not excluded from providing labor in support of other Task Areas as required, if it is deemed to be in the best interests of the Program. Must perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of management on a temporary or extended basis
