About The Position

Job Summary

The IT Leader Jr. will support the IT department in maintaining and improving the company's information technology infrastructure and systems. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual eager to grow their career in IT within a dynamic global organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7years of experience in an IT support or related role.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS), and hardware components.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop new technical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures and protocols.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology deployments.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Assist in managing and maintaining IT inventory and asset tracking.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and processes.
