About The Position

Located at our Corporate Office in Grand Rapids, the IT team supports our business through troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues and ensuring Lumbermen’s business operates seamlessly. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues as they arise. Identifying and addressing user needs. Building, maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting, re-imaging, and repairing computer systems. Maintaining network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers and mobile devices. Configuring and maintaining software installations. Imaging, and issuing computers. Configuring, and issuing company-provided equipment. Desktop computers, printers, mobile devices, software deployment. This role will give you exposure to business systems along with exposure to all aspects of IT. You will also be a part of the support and troubleshooting for the help desk, which will offer valuable opportunities to expand your skill base and gain great experience. Requirements
