What You'll Work On Assist in application development and configuration to support underwriting and digital transformation projects. Work in an agile development environment, gaining exposure to system analysis, programming, and DevOps practices. Contribute to automating submission intake and underwriting processes. What You'll Learn Software development using .NET programming. Low-Code/No-Code platforms like Innoveo and Mendix. System analysis and collaboration with developers, project managers, product owners, and analysts. Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps principles. Gain insights into Zurich's IT application landscape and digital transformation initiatives. Basic Qualifications Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and will continue enrollment in Fall 2026. Completed at least two years of college coursework (rising Junior or Senior). Legally eligible to work in the U.S. indefinitely. Preferred Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 3.0 GPA (cumulative or last semester's GPA). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Familiarity with software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation.
