About The Position

As an IT Internal Audit Manager, you will be a necessary part of the ongoing transformation of Global Internal Audit to achieve the department's vision of being recognized as a strategic partner to Westinghouse leadership. You will manage the daily audit activities related to information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) including planning, execution and reporting to Westinghouse management and owners on the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management and control processes. You will report to the Director, Global Internal Audit and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, or IT management.
  • Professional certification required or in progress: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CPA, or CIA.
  • Knowledge of IT frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Familiarity with IT control areas such as application development, change management, disaster recovery, data integrity, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience with OT systems and controls in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in audit and analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and AuditBoard.
  • Experience leading international audits and managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of IT and OT audits, including risk assessments, walkthroughs, testing, and remediation follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain the annual IT/OT audit plan aligned with enterprise risks and strategic goals; adjust based on evolving business conditions.
  • Coach audit staff to build technical capabilities and support professional growth.
  • Manage co-sourced audit partners for specialized IT/OT engagements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit methodology and IIA Global Internal Audit Standards.
  • Support internal and external quality assessments; track and resolve audit findings.
  • Champion the use of technology tools (e.g., AuditBoard) and data analytics to enhance audit efficiency and insight generation.
  • Drive innovation in audit processes, including the use of automation and visualization tools.
  • Build relationships with business leaders and external stakeholders to share insights and promote risk awareness.
