IT Intern
About The Position

The IT Intern will be responsible for implementing an IT service management solution (ITSM) to improve visibility and prioritization of IT work, as well as opportunities to automate or eliminate recurring requests. The scope of this work includes defining use cases, configuring business rules, user interface design and testing. In addition, the intern will create an implementation plan and develop user training documentation.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, or other related field
- Flexible, fast learner that is results oriented
- Strong communication skills with a great team player mentality
- Excellent time management, organization skills, and strong work habits
