Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- General familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, and common office applications
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn in a professional environment
Responsibilities
- Providing general IT support to project staff (basic hardware, software, and access needs)
- Assisting with user setup, updates, and deactivation in standard systems and tools
- Helping maintain shared drives, collaboration platforms, and project IT records
- Supporting IT asset tracking, labeling, and simple inventory updates
- Assisting with documentation, forms, and basic data entry for IT/admin tasks
- Coordinating with IT and admin teams to route issues to the appropriate support resources
