Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship program pursuing an associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics, or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions
- Conduct research and analysis to support project development
- Create and maintain documentation for technology projects and processes
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed
- Adhere to project timelines and deliverables
- Learn and utilize software and tools relevant to the job
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Execute tasks and projects with attention to detail and accuracy
- Recommending improvements that simplify business processes and reduce costs
- Monitoring and responding to daily support tickets and calls
