The IT Intern provides support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues via in-person, phone, and ticketing systems, diagnosing and resolving common problems while escalating complex issues to senior IT staff. The role assists with computer imaging, configuration, deployment, inventory tracking, user account management, onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining IT documentation and knowledge base resources. The intern supports IT asset management, ensures compliance with security standards, collaborates with IT and cross-functional teams, and participates in projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts. During this 10–12-week internship, the IT Intern will learn and develop basic IT skills while building a foundation in professional workplace practices.
