About The Position

CAST is the global pioneer and leader in Software Intelligence, helping the world’s largest organizations understand and improve the inner structure of their software systems. Headquartered in Meudon (France), CAST operates across Europe, the United States, and India, with multicultural teams known for their expertise, innovation, and collaborative spirit.To strengthen our Corporate IT organization, we are looking for a motivated and skilled IT Administrator to become the primary IT point of contact for our New York office (approx. 60 users).If you enjoy autonomy, responsibility, and a hybrid infrastructure environment, this role is for you. Your Mission As part of the Corporate IT team, you will ensure the proper functioning of CAST’s global hybrid infrastructure—including on‑premise and cloud systems—and deliver high‑quality user support to the New York office. Your time will typically be split between: 62% Infrastructure & systems administration 35% User’s support 3% Vendor management You will report directly to CAST’s Head of IT, based in France.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Active Directory (installation, permissions, DNS).
  • Windows & Linux server administration.
  • VMware (VM deployment, troubleshooting).
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, DL management).
  • Antivirus solutions (deployment & maintenance).
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Vendor management (quotes, ordering, follow‑up).
  • Scripting (PowerShell, Unix Shell).
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • A proactive mindset and strong communication skills will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor our hybrid IT environment: Fortigate, VMware virtualization, SAN storage, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, AWS, Backup.
  • Contribute to the global operational continuity of CAST’s IT infrastructure.
  • Support the US infrastructure that underpins CAST’s Managed Services offerings.
  • Act as the local IT reference for the New York office.
  • Provide timely and professional support to users.
  • Ensure rigorous follow‑up of incidents and requests.
  • Serve as the main IT contact for US‑based vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor SLAs and escalate issues when required.
  • Work with ISPs to optimize connectivity, telephony, and video conferencing systems.
  • help evolve CAST’s internal processes and propose improvements to strengthen our IT systems.
