About The Position

At Southwest Missouri Bank we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Network Administrator to join our team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees. You will be the first point of contact for bank employees seeking technical assistance and will be responsible for resolving basic technical issues.

Requirements

• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on organization needs.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to constantly learn and apply that knowledge to daily tasks.
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Windows 11.
• Flexible to adapt to changes in schedules, tasks, and duties on short notice.
• Required to learn and follow bank policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer support line from bank personnel.
• Implementing various PC upgrades/installs as needed.
• Set up new PC's and test functionality on-site prior to installation.
• Work with virtualized servers in a VMware environment.
• May require travel to other facilities.
• Various other departmental duties as situations arise.
