About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY Position Summary: o Under the general direction of the Infrastructure Manager, the Infrastructure Team Lead oversees the Infrastructure Team resources, schedules and work activities. These technical activities may include leading the functions dealing with the data centers architecture, infrastructure, configuration, hosts and servers, related to the data center standards and operations including the data center products and services hardware and software lifecycle. Will oversee technology product orders and inventories of all data center technology business. Leads the Infrastructure Team, its customer service and data center services experience including design, implementation, documentation, maintenance, problem correction, security, disaster recovery and administration of the data center and its product lifecycle. The Team Lead ensures high quality experience of service and support to all SRHC's infrastructure and data centers regardless where they are located. Is responsible for Infrastructure Team resource motivation, productivity and planning for high quality customer service and work results. May participate in Information Technology strategic planning process drawing on data center hardware/software technical expertise in service/support and general knowledge of latest technologies. Must understand and exercises one-on-one communications maintaining sensitivity to each employee’s inward individual needs for recognition, inclusion, appreciation, safe job environment and growth. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • 4 years of experience in information technology
  • Current experience with relevant network technologies
