About The Position

MIS Solutions is a growing Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) supporting approximately 100 managed partners across a wide range of industries. We specialize in delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT solutions while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and long-term partnerships. We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Implementation and Deployment Technician to join our team. This role plays a critical part in staging and implementing hardware with a white-glove approach. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced MSP environment, managing multiple client systems, and solving complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in an MSP or multi-client IT environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 deployment and configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLAN basics, VPN).
• Strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
• Customer-service mindset with professional communication skills.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for on-site deployments).
