We are looking to add an IT Specialist to our team who will be fully accountable for the definition and implementation of IT processes to support the fast-paced growth of the company. You will maintain and improve the company infrastructure, network, and security, ensuring the proper function of IT. This position is a hybrid role in Teaneck, NJ (3 days per week) with potential travel to Burlington, VT and Salt Lake City, UT. This role reports to the Manager of IT.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant help desk support experience
  • Experience providing MacOS support to at least 100+ users
  • Experience with user management systems (Google WorkSpace, ActiveDirectory, Office 365) strongly preferred
  • Security/ networking experience or certifications provide a strong advantage
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer-service orientation
  • Proficient in project management with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Highly organized, with a demonstrated capacity to build processes that enable IT to support rapid growth
  • Collaborative team player dedicated to service excellence and fostering positive relationships
  • Strong ability to adapt and deliver in dynamic, growth-driven settings
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and extensive computer work are essential components of this role.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Being the go-to IT person for our US team
  • Managing the IT request queue and responding in a timely manner to incoming requests
  • Managing IT equipment, stock, replacement and purchasing
  • Owning the day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Conducting new employee IT onboardings
  • Managing user accounts, licenses, and subscriptions
  • Assisting the IT Manager in implementing security improvements
  • Developing, planning, and implementing IT systems, policies, and procedures
  • Understanding the needs of the different teams in order to provide IT support that aligns with the fast-paced growth of the company, planning ahead and maintaining best practices for scaling
  • Supporting the Israel team in some cases
