About The Position

IT Helpdesk support - Provide first-line technical support to ensure reliable daily IT operations. Focuses on resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Installing and maintaining computer systems, and managing Helpdesk requests.

Requirements

  • Required – 2 Years of Associate's Degree in a related field, with 3-5 years' experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office, emailing clients, and common business applications.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot office printers, label printers, scanners, PDAs, tablets and other peripherals.
  • Highly self-motivated, dedicated, ability to work independently and be results-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills - Written & Oral.
  • Positive and optimistic approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaborative team spirit.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Related Field with 5 years' experience.

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Install computer peripheral components, such as memory, circuit boards & Other parts.
  • Install Software / Packages such as Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Drawing Software and any other approved applications.
  • Provide & Manage Cable Connections for Telephone & PC.
  • Provide periodic training to end users.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-user issues to ensure that inquiries are resolved successfully.
  • Manage and prioritize Helpdesk tickets using helpdesk software.
  • Manage and track all IT assets (hardware & software).
  • Manage the IT server room, IT storage and UPS systems.
  • Perform other assigned responsibilities.
