About The Position

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This role is responsible for supporting end users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving a wide range of IT issues, including desktop, laptop, software, hardware, and basic networking concerns. This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional who also brings a strong customer service mindset and thrives in a collaborative, high-visibility support role.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of IT support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of desktop and laptop operating systems
  • Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and basic networking issues
  • Experience installing and configuring software applications and print drivers
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional schedule adjustments as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise users in a client-facing environment
  • Previous experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, notebooks, and printers
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional IT teams for escalations and resolution

Responsibilities

  • Identify, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide basic to intermediate technical support to end users in an enterprise environment
  • Diagnosing and resolve application, desktop, and laptop software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain software, print drives, utilities, and related applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues
  • Monitor systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Document all support activities and ensure proper escalation when necessary
  • Deliver consistent, customer-focused support while meeting service level expectations
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
