Dean Technology is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to fill an onsite Helpdesk Associate position in their Addison, TX manufacturing facility. This position will require applicants to manage and resolve internal helpdesk requests, ensuring reported issues are addressed or escalated as needed. The role also requires understanding corporate onboarding policies and procedures and proficiency in troubleshooting various hardware and software issues. The ideal applicant should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a helpdesk role, possess strong multi-tasking and people skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
