About The Position

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users Provide support to employees and guide them through technical problems Install, configure, and update devices and applications to minimize workplace interruptions Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and system changes Manage IT hardware inventory and ensure accurate documentation

Requirements

  • Degree or certification in IT or related field
  • 4-5+ years of experienced in this field
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and networking
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
